Sweat Out Cleanse: For The Transition To Natural Deodorant.

Unfortunately our standard deodorant contain genetically modified ingredients, parabens and aluminum. Switching to natural deodorant is ideal for our health to protect ourselves from absorbing these harmful chemicals directly through our lymph nodes.
This is scary because high levels of aluminum in the system has been directly link to Alzheimer disease. Since this discovery many people have switched to an all natural paraben and aluminum free deodorant.
Before making the plunge there is a process to take. Or else risk walking around smelling like you are smuggling onions!
What do you do? SWEAT IT OUT!!!
Drink A LOT of water, go to the sauna, do hot yoga, cardio or anything that gets you sweating.
To help things out there is a popular simple recipe using bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar.

- 1 tablespoon bentonite clay
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 teaspoons water
Mix it all up and rub it on your pits and leave it on there for about 10-15 minutes. I applied the clay twice a day once in the morning and once at night. You are supposed to continue using the on your under arms until you don't stink anymore
The very first time I did this, it took a week. Recently when I switched back to the all natural with the combination of a clean diet, sweating and the armpit detox it only took a few days.
If you have been using natural deodorant and you begin to notice the smell is coming back take a look at your diet and the products you may be using. It is a sign that your body is telling you something. Listen to it!!
